Hartman, Blitch & Gartside was formed through a merger in 1995 of two of Jacksonville's oldest and most respected certified public accounting firms, Joseph Hartman & Associates and Blitch Gartside & Co. and a recent merger in 2001 with Culpepper & Jeakle CPAs.
